A new school building

We have moved to Stadionpark

Nieuwbouw01

With the start of the 2026-2027 school year, a new chapter has also begun for Portus Meridiem. Students and staff have moved into the new school building, a place where learning, development, and meeting are central.

Stronger together for South

The Municipality of Rotterdam and the three largest school boards of Rotterdam South have joined forces to restructure secondary education. The educational offering will become very diverse, with a sports-oriented school complex at the new Stadionpark. We want as many students as possible from South to actually attend school in South.

'June deal'

At our school, first-year students have their own section in the building. We call this the junior section. On the ground floor and the first floor, we have two areas where the first-year classes are held. From the bicycle shed, you can walk directly to the junior section on the ground floor.

A safe school for everyone

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at school.
Our schoolyard is enclosed with fences, water,
and greenery. During the school day, you stay on the
school grounds.  There are cameras in and around the school.
The large windows provide a good view
of what is happening. Our teachers and
department heads are also present in various places in the
building. Together, we ensure a
school where everyone feels at home!
